Album #1 - Hull and Bridgedeck Construction


Foam attached to mold, faired for smooth surface and layered keel .
Hull
Shaping keel to be installed on glassed surface.

Buildup of keel using 12 pound foam
Glassing Hull and Keel.  Applying peelply over the fabric to ensure the smoothest surface possible.

Hull and keel glassed.

Epoxy base and primer applied.

Black bottom paint applied over epoxy primer.

Hull removed from mold.  Need to sand and fair inside before glassing.

Sanding and fairing the interior hull preparing for glass.

Glassing inside hulls and positioning bulkheads in hull.
